Vegetables decrease tobacco usage

I have noticed that when I eat more vegetables I feel like smoking less tobacco. It helps. 10000 steps a day is going great and making some progress in meditation.

Apart from eating...

10000 steps a day is a piece of cake ????. If you go shopping and walk around a large supermarket looking for groceries then you're almost half way there. Sleeping 8-9 hours is doable and should be the norm. Trying out meditation. And cutting down on my tobacco intake by using an ecigarette more and more often instead. Nicotine intake has to stay constant though.

Вот уже 26-ой день моего Марафона и да, он продолжается.
Утро начала с зарядки и планки, потом два стакана теплой воды, один с простой, другой - с медом и лимоном.
Стараюсь выделять себе на сон не менее 8 часов. Спать 8-9 часов в сутки

Здоровый сон - залог хорошего настроения и крепкого здоровья.
Я очень люблю поспасть .... и очень часто могу спать 10-11 часов . Вот уже несколько дней пытаюсь ложиться не сильно поздно и вставать раньше . но пока получается ложиться в 11-12 часов вечера и вставать в 9 -10 утра ...
