Day 17: Relax When Needed

Day 10: Mental Holidays

Happy Easter everyone!
Since here in Latvia we are enjoying 4 wonderful days off, I am using a so-needed time to refresh my mind and relax to the fullest. I just put all the veggies that I had (namely, cauliflower, green beans, a bit of carrot and red bell pepper) and steamed it. Ate it along with the kidney beans as a plant-based source of protein. It was delicious!
