Today's work-out happened outdoors. Daylight came in a bit early, so I decided to do a mountain climb and used the venue for my work-out routine. Anyone thinking about this should wear comfortable shoes and go with a floor mat. Mountain tops are not as comfortable as you would think.
But the air is fresh, and the view is relatively impressive. I did my cross-fit routine and the sit-ups.
