expert4x.com is run by Alex du Plooy. He has been in retail Forex for about 20 years.
He trades his own account and that of some his clients. He provides education: some for a fee, some free. (Also for free or for a fee: special indicators.) He was exclusively on the MT4 platform until recently, but now is migrating to MT5 also. He does not use Fibonacci, Elliot, Gann but uses "trading logic".
