Today at 15:00 GMT The Institute of Supply Management (ISM) Non-Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) (also known as the ISM Services PMI) report on Business , which is a very important index will release.
The orevious reading of the index was 58.8 while the forcast pointed to 58.1.but the statistic shows that it could be more than the expert predict which means a postive news on the USD .

Technicaly EUR/USD trade inside a small box between 1.1720 and 1.1620 , and beside the news the pair my get out of this box and go downward.
