And shorty about night swimming.. I try them now almost a week, just 10-15 min easy swimming - first experience shows me that is better do them 2-3 hours before of sleeping. During first hour they give lot of energy and only during some hours I feel little tiredness. Daily it is easy to fix with coffee and in the night is just good to sleep, but don't miss the moment. I hope that during the month or two I will build up my personal social network, which based on the local food and the wine and on the habit to make noise and have natural emotion. Local people very rare are really drunk, they take little wine and make little fiesta and it is nice. It is very old peasants habit and they keep it alive, I respect it very highly. One good idea, some old friends here offer me a program "eat what you catch", small surviving program.. I will control it on the weekend and if it is possible then maybe I try it little later. I understand that this is about fishing and living in the small desert in the area near to Las Galletas/ Costa del Silencio, but... In reality near of the trading room must be a swimming pool.. This market makes me every time little nervous and for long term decisions is better at first take little swim, calm down and then go ahead... I make all time the same mistake, I know what to do, but if I stay behind the screens then I start to play with market... And it is bad usually..

One thing what I like to mention. My easy running is for me just regular training, but in my miniironmanrun is for me more surprising swimming on the beach of the nudist. I understand during this very simple things - first, I am absolutely person of the society. I swim there already 5-7 times but every time I feel like little lost person. I cannot forget my world where I live every day. I take my rules in the water, it is still so, nothing to do. Second - I all the time feel the shame. I know th…
