Herring, carrots and peas
Today for dinner was herring with carrots and peas. And some olive oil added.
Tuna tomato pasta day 2
Today I ate leftovers from yesterday. Tuna tomato pasta without any salt. Tuned it up with 3 slices of yellow cheese on top, slightly melted.
Pasta time
Pasta rigatte, cooked without salt, with tomato sauce mixed with canned tuna and corn. And a bit of olive oil of course.
Almost a pasta
A can of tuna, a can of corn and a can of red kidney beans, all mixed together on a pan and drowned in olive oil. Added a bit of curcumin and heated to very warm on a pan. Put it on a plate, some yellow cheese on top which has slightly melted and some parsley on top. Would be even better as a pasta or rissotto, but didn't have enough time.
Herring dinner
Todays dinner includes seafood, herring with sandwiches made from ciabatta, pesto spread, slices of yellow cheese and some parsley (loads of vitamin C) on top. And accompanying these tastes is Polish soup, zurek. Enjoyed it every bit.

Десятый день марафона. Сегодня поговорим о морепродуктах. Это моё самое любимое, моя морская слабость и любовь. Если я нахожусь на отдыхе, то мои блюда только из морепродуктов. Я могу их кушать сутками , необъятными порциями. Последние годы я полюбила очень сильно устрицы с лимоном. Раньше мне был не приятен даже их вид, но сейчас я готова их кушать тоннами. We arrived at the end of the Marathon! WOW !! 21 incredible days! Days that were forever in memory, I discovered how good it felt to feel the energy of exercising every day, eating healthier! Everything around us changes, we begin to exercise seeing the world in another way!
After these 21 days this routine will be part of my life now, it has become a habit !!

Come on! One day left!
One more workout to keep it off! I confess that I feel exhausted today ... we are on the final line of the finish line! Tomorrow is the big day to see if I lost weight! It was 20 intense days so far! The motivation was incredible because every day I knew I was accompanied by incredible friends in Dukascopy! My virtual friends with the same purpose! This has given me motivation to move on! Thanks to all the participants !!! I wish the best for everyone!
Eating seafood
One more day of hard work today! Customer service started early in the morning and spread through the day!
But I was able to drink water throughout the day to hydrate myself and of course at lunch a beautiful dish of sea food.
