One Proud Runner
Thanks to Dukascopy Marathon, I pushed my boundaries even further and having trained all this time for the first time in my life I participated in a competition and ran 21 kilometers. The feeling was absolutely amazing: despite the tired feet and 4 blisters (1 on one foot, 3 on another!) I felt happy and energized.

Marathon Finishes but I Ain't Finishing
Thank you to Dukascopy Marathon, I finally pushed my boundaries even further.
Dukascopy Marathon has taught me discipline. After all, our well-being depends only on ourselves - the way we eat, move and thinking about ourselves and the surrounding world impacts our health significantly. Having trained for 21 days during the marathon and having consumed lean, sugar-free and plant-based foods I have finally decided to challenge myself ultimately, running for 21 kilometers.
Running is "my thing". Ru…

And here it is: the last, the final, the most waited day of Dukascopy Marathon!
Here's a short summary of the things I've achieved within those 21 days:
1. Minimized my fat & sugar consumption
Instead, I decided to stick to low-calorie, fulfilling meals. For snacks I was choosing nuts, berries and seeds instead of sugary buns or chocolates.
2. Instead of taking a bus to work, I chose bike
Within 21 days I managed to bike 2.7x2x21 = 113 kilometers!
3. Improved my running speed
Went for a run …
