- #pullinstomach aka "stomach-vacuum" (yes, finally found the technique to do it)- done 30 reps.;
- #morningexercises - done 30 sit-ups;
- #eyesexcercises - done using video from day 11.
- #extra - did 1 round of full-body workout at our neighborhood's fitness court (see photos). 11 stations (at 8-30 reps. for each)

- bread with peanut-butter and pork-floss;

- 1 table-spoon of assorted nuts/seeds.
